Fixing Alfresco's JumpBox root filespace limitation

I currently have a client that is a heavy user of the Alfresco Content Management System.  They use this system to help them manage documents between them and there clients.  Recently they have been running into issues where they are unable to upload new files or the Alfresco Server will not startup correctly.  This issue has been happening to them because the root filesystem of the JumpBox virtual machine that has Alfresco setup and configured out of the box with it.
