Java Google Sitemap Generator
I have been looking for a java utility that will crawl my website and generate a Google sitemap.xml file for me. I found this utility, ajSitemap , which I can setup with a cronjob to crawl my site and generate the sitemap.xml for me.
This code works ok, but it would be nice to have some software that would create many different sitemaps and ping the search engines for me.
Is there a better, more widely used tool for this process?
The next version will have the "PING" for google. Yahoo sitemap are text files - you can use the output from the pipe. As for other sitemap formats I can probably get those added!
